with our made-to-order products, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.  you have 3 days to cancel your order, starts from the date you place your order. If you cancel after 3 days, you'll still be charged the full price. this doesn't affect your statutory legal rights.

for faulty or damaged products, we offer free returns, exchange, and a full refund.

the made-to-order product will be dispatched within 5 days from the date of the order. we ship to most countries via standard international delivery. please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. the shipping time alone could be around 4-15 business days. 

all our shipments to destinations outside South Korea, are shipped free of VAT.

terrible studio ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis to countries outside of South Korea. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by delivery brokerage and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

"Duty free shopping" ("détaxe") applies solely to products purchased in a store and transported by the customer; therefore, it does not apply to on-line sales.
