exchange and refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. the product must be returned with labels and in its original packaging. the product cannot be returned if incomplete, damaged, soiled, or if previously worn. 
for faulty or damaged products, we offer free returns, exchange, and a full refund.

the made-to-order product will be dispatched within 5 days from the date of the order. we ship to most countries via standard international delivery. please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. the shipping time alone could be around 4-15 business days. 

all our shipments to destinations outside South Korea, are shipped free of VAT.

Terrible Studio ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis to countries outside of South Korea. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by delivery brokerage and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

"Duty free shopping" ("détaxe") applies solely to products purchased in a store and transported by the customer; therefore, it does not apply to on-line sales.
